HOW TO RESET THE CAR STEREO

I HAVE A JVC CAR STEREO MODEL KW XC777 THAT HAS A A CD BLOCKED IN IT. WEN I PRESS THE EJECT IT DISPLAYS A KEY IN THE DISPLAY PANEL WHAT IS THE ADVISE IF I NEED TO MAKE IT FUNCTION. THE CD DOES NOT GIVE SOUND AS SCRATCHED BUT YES IT PALYS Regards Raj

    meant to say "disc", not cassette!

    You might need to try completely disconnecting the unit from the power to release the cassette, "if" its coded make sure you know the security code before doing this.
