HomeI see a shadow of red on any object on my tv. I tried to set the convergence. The red only moves up and down. I need it to move left and right. Can someone help me on this. Thank You.

i can get the red convergence to move sideways by using the volume button but i cant get it to move up and down. how did you get it to move up and down. |
