Can you help with software that will work for one Vista & one XP computer.

Today I purchased a JVC Everio GZ-MG345H Camcorder. After searching through the JVC site I was unable to find a downloadable version for my two computers (Vista & XP). Is there any chance that I might have software forwarded to me so that both my PCs can communicate with my new Camcorder? Please help me with this problem...
