Thanks for your help. I have a JVC GR-DVL 510 Camcorder and when I put it into record mode I get an error on the screen that says "E04 Unit in Safeguard mode remove and reattach battery". When I do that, it just gives me the same message again. I can't record or do anything with the unit. I tried it with two different batteries and get the same message with both. Any ideas?
