I got a japanese tv but it produces excessive high voltagecoming from the flyback and since it was an oldermodel the latter is now unavailableis there any substitute

for the said part I want to know what is the replacement part of the said flyback transformer,it bears the part number of FMB13.pls help me with this problem.
