Re: Digital camera Spare parts

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one Samsung Digital Camera Model D760 through M/s. AVA MERCHANDISING PVT. LTD, TIN NO.07800298695 vide my Order No.160079670 dt. 28th March '08 which I have received only on 05/05/08 after great persuation. While opening the parcel as well as Your packing box there was only two 'Duracell' pencil battery, one USB cord abd one 1 GB memory chip. I am really surprised to see that there was no recharegeable Battery along with battery charger. Whereas The same product of 'Kodak', they are supplying four reputed rechargeable batteries with Battery charger.

I would like to know that being an international reputed Company in the world, is it your system not to SUPPLY any battery charger along with Digital camera.

A line in confirmation is highly solicited.
