How do I transfer my JVC video tapes to my computer

I have a JVC digital Video Camera GR-D43E. And I have lost the manual that it came with. Does anyone now how I transfer from the camera to my computer. What kind of cables do I need. And what program do I need to have on my computer in order to do this.
