I have Sony cybershot DSC-T70. I just got a couple months ago and one day the zoom button would not work anymore. I didn't do anything to it.

is there a chance that I just have set up again and make it work or do you it's broken? I bought from bestbuy so should i go there? do you know if they might be able to fix?
