Hi, I have a sylvania dvd recorder/vcr. It was working fine but now I keep receiving an error code 3 or it says playback not allowed on this disc. I would appreciate any help you can give me with this. when it was recording on the dvd, I was very happy with it, but now i don't know what to do. I've tried cleaning it many times, but still no resolve. thank you in advance for any help.
