error code C:13:02

I have a sony handy cam which I bought two years ago. I never used it vigorously, I used only for 10 to 15 times in two years. Now I am getting an error code C:13:02. To repair my handycam they are charging me nearly 200 euros. I know that its not worth. Anybody, please help me know, whether this is a major problem or a minor. why do they want to charge that much.
