Hi there, I need help & advice on video lighting & I'm looking to buy 2nd hand video lighting... can anyone help?

I'm going to be videoing myself speaking & I want to use lighting. I'll be sitting in a chair with a white background. Does anyone have any recomendations & advice on lighting? Also, where can I find decent & affordable 2nd hand lighting? LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR ADVICE!
