Advice on "liquid" cleaning of the heads sent via direct e-mail. Liquid cleaning "with care" is far superior to using a cleaning cassette as these in many cases are not really good enough for the job, especially if the head is suffering from any hardened tape dust deposits on it, and with the repeated use of the cassette not really advisable as it can lead to head damage.
