Hi Stacy, I have a Sony DSR 40 deck that periodically gives a c:32 error. Ejecting the tape and inserting usually fixes it. This time, a tape played, but I don't think it ejected fully, remember some resistance in pulling it out. The next tape would not go in, gives the error. I've tried turning it off, removing the power, but as soon as it goes on, it gives the error message. I'm in New York City and we don't have the budget to have Sony repair it. I would appreciate any suggestions on fixing or a reasonable place in NY. Thanks, Sue
