How to unlock my tv?

Hi! I cannot unlock my AKITA (ELITE) tv: I tried by pressing MUTE + all functional buttons one after another but no combination works. Can you help my with this problem? I onle see a blue screen and a red lock on it - no sound, no picture, no button works. Please help..
