Let's go to SONY about this!

My Sony Trinitron 36" TV is completely out of commission. It delayed for a few months, then took even longer to turn on, now it won't turn on at all. It is the same problem and sound that everyone else has posted. Is this the normal life of Sony TV's, cause I have a SHARP TV that has lasted 3 times longer!
