hey i have problems concerning memory and disc reading culd u plzz help me

sorry to bother but i have a sony cdx-5290 cd player that has a memory problem and a disk reading problem.when i pop in a cd most of the time it ejects the cd and says e-99?and if i am listening to a cd or i set my stations and turn it off for about 5 minutes it will ho back to the same track and playtime it was on , but if i leave it off for about 10-20 minutes it automatically ejects the disk and resets itself if u can please help me i wuld greatly appreciate it! please reply asap thanks, brenda
