Hi Dillon, I want to thank you for your info. I was able to fix my television by myself, too. I first had called the Sony tech support line with no help from them. They didn't have a clue about the screen adjustment knob. I called them back after I made the adjustment to tell them what I'd found out on this website, and suggested they might want to pass the info on to other customers. Again, thank you so much for posting this info. You saved me a lot of money.
