2001 Sony KV-27FS13 went black. Power-on gives 4 blinks.

TV stopped. Trying to power back on, it tries to start, but only gives 4 blink error code. Error code possiblities: Has entered standby mode after Horizontal raster. • Vertical deflection pulse is stopped. • Power line is shorted or power supply is stopped. This TV is too new for this. Next TV won't be Sony. (as if root-kits weren't enough to never buy from them again).
