I need to buy a Sigma Black Burst Timing Module. [BTM-100A] or equivalent

Sigma used to make something called a Black Burst Timing Module. [BTM-100A] I need to find a way to time the Sony BRC300 cameras we have, since they have a sync input, but not Genlock. I have a black burst generator and one BTM-100A, but I have three cameras I need to time. Is there any source for these, or something equivalent? I already tried "The Broadcast Store."
