I own the same TV and it does that as well, but mine does it when I click my remote more than once to turn it on or off. The signal is delayed a fraction of a second, but enough so that if I turn it on and think it didn't turn on and click again it will turn on then off real quick and visa versa. Try clicking just once and wait.
