IMPORTANT INFO TO ASSIST IN BEING REPLIED TO!!
When making a JVC camcorder query, make it ONLY by clicking on "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of the page and NOT anywhere else like "REPLY" - "ERROR CODES ASSISTANCE" or "JVC SERVICE OR QUESTIONS" (by Stacy Sample) as this service is "NO LONGER AVAILABLE", so any posting made in any of these sections will not be answered.
The reason for this being that any posting made inside or under someone else's previously made posting will not be seen, as these postings are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible to know where any new posting being made is located. (if you made one in any of the places mentioned, try and find it again!!!)
It should also be pointed out that some questions require a more detailed answer which can only be made to a DIRECT e-mail address, so if you choose to restrict your e-mail address a full answer is not always possible.
