I own a JVC Model AV27430 which has a very poor picture. Tried adjusting all the color settings and brightness settings and the picture is still dark.

I have a JVC AV-27430 27" and the picture is very dark, I have adjusted the settings on the menu and it is all the way to the right on the bright setting and it still seems to be darker on most channels. What solution is there to this problem? Thanks
