IMPORTANT INFO!!

When making a JVC camcorder query, make it ONLY by clicking on "POST NEW MESSAGE" at the top of the page, do NOT make it anywhere else or you will not receive a reply. (i.e:- do "NOT" click REPLY on any posting) The reason being that any posting made inside / under someone else's previously made posting will not be seen and likewise "NOT" replied to, as these postings are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible to know where any-ones new posting is located. This also applies to any posting made under "Error codes assistance" or "JVC Service or questions" signed by Stacy Sample, as this service is "NO LONGER AVAILABLE", so any posting made in any of these sections will not be answered It should also be pointed out that although not necessarily always advisable to do, some questions require a more detailed answer which can only be made to a DIRECT e-mail address, so if you choose to restrict your e-mail address a full answer is not always possible.
