Same the same problem except with green. Could you send me the manual and part # please

I cant get my green in the upper left corner to move at all, I cant get it to light up with the menu, I can move the red and blue anywhere I want but the green has dropped about 2 inches and I cant get it to move or even light up the green to move it. Please help with any info? Thanks Rich
