tried to format my disk on the computer.. and.. every time i do the message " can not find Boot Block"

so i am trying to floppy adaptor to work and i installed the software on my computer, then i tried to format my disk on the computer.. and.. every time i do the message " can not find Boot Block" i've tried formating it on my camera after C:13:01 pops up .. that didn't work.. if you can help me i'll be very greatful. thanks Dom
