Feed back nutone 3303

I have a nutone 3303 intercom 7 stations one of the 7 stations is in the detached casita 200 ft away in conduit and than to a panel which runs thur the wall removed from the conduit. I get feedback i beleive i have all the adjustments correct. I do have a dimmer switch X10 near the remote station 24 inches. I ahve fedback when we speak. Any solutions?? Filters or anything. this house is 2 years old and we have never got this to work correctly. John
