Assistance in locating a circuit indentifier on an AV-2751S circuit board

I have a thin white line across the screen when powered on. I found the remedy to check the sol ders on IC421, but am unable to locate this on the circuit board. I can find the IC422 and a C421 but not the IC421. Can you give me some guidance on where this is found on the circuit board? I have viewed the postings on www.pechroin.com I also had this problem shortly after it was new and the tech did some soldering but was hoping it was simple so I could do it. Thanks for any assistance you may be able to provide.
