JVC Car audio KD-LH1101 with no instruction manual, need help on ejecting CD.

Hi, when I bought my car it came with the cd player (JVC KD-LH1101), sometimes when I turn it on it doesn't work when I press the buttons (like they've been disabled, it works fine otherwise), so the other week I was messing about turning it off and on so I could change tracks (as I normally would) and it came up with the message "No Eject". Thought nothing of it as it was working fine after. Now I've come to changing CD it won't let me eject it. The head unit flips down but doesn't eject the CD. Don't know what I've pressed but if anyone can help with reversing it, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. :)
