Hello, I have a JVC 12 disc changer in my car. I do not have the serial number on hand. About 2 months ago, my disc changer wouldn't open and the display screen had a RESET 8 message on it. I have tried several times to hold the eject button down for up to 15 seconds and got no response. I even tried to turn the changer on and try this and still no luck. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Thank you. Alyse Williams
