Trouble shooting for C:13:01 format error

I have the problem with my Sony DSC P73. After shooting for some pictures, the message C:13:01 - format error appear. I could not take pictures anymore. After switching off for a day, I turn on the camera and it works but just only can take about 20 pics then the message appear again. please help and give me instruction to solve the problem.
