JVC doesnt turn on, if charged or new battery

I have a Jvc digital camera GR-D90U and just doesnt turn on at all anymore. Its in great condition and has been well taken care of. I borrowed a friends battery to see if that would work and its not the battery or the charging cable. Are there fuse like this inside? Nobody in my town can fix a camera like it, they say to send it to Jvc. But income right now is limited. Thanks for the help!
