IM-3003 my door unit's faceplate fell apart

Hi I currently have the nutone IM-3003 my door unit's faceplate fell apart and i would like to just replace the faceplate, is there anywhere i could do tht? Alternatively I just will buy the IS-69 will that work with my system? Many Thanks Greg
