IMPORTANT INFO!!

When making a JVC camcorder query, make it "ONLY" by clicking on "Post new message" at the top of the page, do "NOT" make it anywhere else or you will not receive a reply. (i.e:- Do "NOT" click "Reply" on any posting) The reason being, that if a posting is made inside / under someone else's "previous" posting (which many are!) its very unlikely it will ever be seen and likewise "NOT" replied to, as these postings are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible to know where any-ones "new" posting is located, (e.g: one in particular being a lens cap problem, posted by J Rubery) This also applies to any posting made under "Error codes assistance" or "JVC Service or questions" signed by "Stacy Sample", as this service is "NO LONGER AVAILABLE", so any posting made in any of these sections will not be answered.
