Your motor is stuck , you need to remove the lid , remove the lens cover 4 screws and push the motor that spins the DVD by hand and it will start to spin again . Mine had the same problem and it was not a dirty lense , the motor got stuck because I left the machine on and it made the grease heat up , when I turned it off , the grease cooled off and became hard so the motor wouldn't spin to read the DVD.
