Convergence problem on JVC AV-48WP30

I'm having a convergence problem with my JVC AV-48WP30. The red is to the left about 1 1/2". I can adjust the blue vertically and horizontally, but I can only adjust the red vertically. I cannot get the red to move horizontally at all. Can someone please help me with this or is it time to junk the TV? Thanks in advance!
