I reached your posting after looking for information on google . This posting is a few months old but perhaps you are out there still. I have a NEW IN BOX that's right ,never installed rangaire intercom. Perhaps you don't need to repair your old one you can just buy mine. I don't know how many models there are but if you are interested we can talk further and I'll send some photos.
