Pleas give my clearence which are laying you

I was permanent technician at kolkata branch. Lasta 7th august 2007 i given resignation for some unavoidable circumtense. I cleared my account and stores within 11th august. Already 6 months i wait but till now i did not get my clearance. I was contact by phone and by e mail with there B S I not less then 15 times but every times he told of that you have give me time. How many month he can take for my clearance can you tail me? Is it the system for clearance after resignation? Was i falt to joint in adonis electronics pvt ltd. Pleas realise my problem and give my clearance then i have to pleased to adonis. My mother laying in bed from lap 5 months. She have to a operation. For that i have need money.
