Part # 1-659-176-11 Curcuit board think it is the amp

I have this stereo and all of a sudden it went dead no power to anything including the clock. Took it apart and found a 5 ampfuse on the power supply blown replaced the fuse now every thing powers up and works but ther is no sound. Looks like the board 1-659-176-11 got hot under two of the resistors is this the problem? If so how much for this board shipped to Spring Green Wi 53588? Thanks I appreciate any help you can give me.
