IMPORTANT INFO FOR ANYONE INTENDING TO POST A QUERY

Anyone intending to post a JVC camcorder query should be aware NOT to make the posting anywhere except by clicking "Post New Message" at the top of the page. The reason being, that if a posting is made inside / under someone else's "previous" posting its very unlikely it will be seen, as these are never checked by anyone because they are a maze of non-consecutive dates making it nearly impossible to know where any "new" posting made is located, (one in particular is "lens cap" by J Rubery) This also applies to any posting made under "Error codes assistance" or "JVC Service or questions" signed by "Stacy Sample", as this service is "NO LONGER AVAILABLE", so any posting made in any of these sections is very unlikely to be answered.
