Error Codes Assistance

Dear sir/madam, Please help me if you can. I own a JVC Camcorder (type: GR-FX11), as soon as i turn it on the following message comes up (only when i put this camara in play mode or recording mode): EO3 Unit in safeguard mode (alternating remove and reattach battery) I reattached a thousand times without succes.
