Stacey, I have a Sony DCR-TRV140, and it is showing a C:31:11 error. The units cassette compartment will not eject up for me to load a tape. the cassette compartment is not completely in the down position either, the cassette compartment is hung up some how. Any help you could give would be appreciated. Regards, Mickey
