Will not turn on

I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-P93A, I take great care of it and it's never so much has had a scratch. I used it no more than 2 weeks ago and today when I picked it up to take some more pictures I found it would no longer turn on. The batteries are not faulty in any way so I can only assume there is a connection issue, it will also no longer work when connected by USB. I was wondering if you had any ideas as to what the problem could be or knew somewhere in the Lincolnshire area which might be able to access the problem. Thanks
