strobe effect!

I've got 2 trinitron ones a 96 and the other is older yet both 32's. the older one had a warm-up time of about 10minutes and then would blink about every 5 minutes or so, the 96 on the other hand has a warm-up time of about 5minutes and likes to blink like a strobe once or twice a second! I have fixed the older by soldeirng the whole crt board on the back of the guns and a few select spots on the main board, with a lil color and focus adjustments it works great now! My 96 on the other hand I repeated the process but slighty more complicated because of the amount of surface mount components instead of external boards. With all of this done I still have a very large and heavy multi-color strobe light, I can adjust the color or (screen) pot and get it to stay on for a sec. or two long but no luck. I'm thinking I might have a bad Lan or Trac somewhere on the board or a bad component. Does anyone have scematics or points of interest I should look into thank ya much. scribble912@yahoo.com
