Homeblack box in screen about 80% of my screen is covered by a black box on all channels, even with xbox hooked up, and with cable box unhooked. Sound works fine. Model JVC AV-32720. How do I get rid of it? It might be the lock or I read CC, but that doesn't seem to affect anything

This is caused by the "caption" facility being on, look for and press the "close caption" button (maybe on menu if you do not have it on the remote) There is a procedure for de-activating it if the control doesnt have a dedicated button, but it can only really be sent via DIRECT e-mail. |
