Japan's worst electronics manufacturer.

I've put in in new JVC and PANASONIC tapes to no avail - it worked for a few minutes and again I got the EO4 message. We have a Sony and a Panasonic video camera at my office with no such problems whatsoever.This is ridiculous and a blatant production fault, JVC must recall the models and exchange our cameras for new models. This is the reason that I recommended other camera makes at my office and other people. JVC is probably the worst service providers who couldn't care less about its customers. I don't believe they will ever compensate let alone post a comment on this site. With all the good electronics that comes out of Japan this one should be ashamed of branding its products under Japan Victor Company .There must be no need for a law suit.
