Is there a way to retrieve the CCDs's factory setting? I have used the Reset procedure with no luck. Have been unable to white balance the camcorder either manually or with the auto WB.

I first noticed this problem during my last shoot. It appeared as a gradual fade from blue to green when I opened the camcorder under some florescent lights. Once back under normal light the camcorder seemed to correct itself, the footage is properly balanced. However, now the camcorder is showing a permanent green tint in all modes, even AE programs. Please help!
