error codes

my old cams gone down i am getting a code of c:32:oo then it sometimes flashes up c:32:11, can any one tell me what the codes stand for and any idea,s how to fix, i did get a tape stuck in my cam,and i had a hard job trying to get it out, but i did manage to remove it, but the eject mechanism seems to have frozen up on me now, and will not work, there,s no tape in at the moment, any one any suggesttions, thanks , ernie,
