I have a 32" JVC Television Model # AV-32920 manufactured date is Aug '98. The picture is fine but I the menu is on the screen and just keeps scrolling through the different items. I can't get it to stop or clear with either the remote or menu button on the TV. At the top of the menu there is a line that says "Plug in remote". Also it will not turn off unless unplugged. Any ideas? Thanks Ray
