Hello. I have a JVC GZ-MG30U that is giving me an error message, "Communicating Erro" and shows symbols that indicate that the camera is not "seeing the battery." I have searched high and low for this error on the JVC site and other Online resources before running into your offer through Fix Ya. Can you help? Thanks!
