I have problems with my handy camcorder, I I already brang my unit to sony service center, cabanatuan city on December 14 2007, but until now they diin't fixed it.

I bought my sony handy camcorder in Qatar last April 2007, when went back for a vacation I found that it can't read DVD tape. I brang my unit to Sony Service Center, Cabanatuan City Branch, but until now they are telling me that my unit is in their Manila Branch for repair. Thay kept on promising me always next week. I'm wandering that in more than 1 month they did not able to fixed the probelms.
